"Antica Calzoleria Antonio Maccariello"produce some very nice shoes and I  consider that my readers should know more about you. From how long have you been in shoemakeing business?

My company has 20 years but my family takes care of shoes more than 60 years. Antica Calzoleria Antonio Maccariello is a small company and we are all in the family, so we are all very committed.In terms of designing  model  I am responsible for everything.

Where can we find you?

We are in Benevento, about 45 km from Naples. Our brand is Meccariello, but for the Japanese market we use two other brands of family : Napolitano and Orazio, my mother and my father. So our prevailing market is Japan.

What about the leathers?

The materials we use are among the best on the market,  French calf worked in Italy and soles leather rigorously produced by a slow tanning (about 12 months).

How would you describe in a few words you major lines?

With our lines we always try to meet the needs of our customers both modern and classic.

A shoe ordered in our company must be the interpretation of the dreams of those who order -  Simplicity , strength, elegance and the essence of a man who does not want to look but be. The passion for shoes does not hide behind a brand, but lives in the hands of those who carried out through the desire of those who order.

What future plans do you have?

For the future I hope we can bring our shoes a bit 'all over the world, and realize the dreams of our customers.
